Robotics Software Engineer
Build the core platform running on real production lines. ROS2, Python, C++ — and a love for making complex systems feel simple. You'll work directly on deployed robotic cells across Europe, solving real engineering challenges that matter to manufacturers.
We're looking for
- Strong Python and/or C++ — production code, not just scripts
- Experience with ROS / ROS2 and robotics motion planning
- Comfortable working with 3D vision systems or machine learning pipelines
- Ability to take ownership of a feature from concept to deployment
- Good English; Italian or Spanish a plus

Vision systems, deep learning for chaotic environments, and AI agents that program robots in natural language. You'll work on models that run in production — not research papers.

- Strong Python; experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks
- 3D computer vision (point clouds, depth cameras, segmentation)
- Experience taking ML models from training to production inference
- Curiosity about applied AI — robotics, manufacturing, real-world constraints

Own the full sales cycle in Spain and open pipeline in Italy. You'll hunt new accounts, close deals, and grow key partnerships — selling software licenses (€10–20k) to system integrators and machine builders, and full robotic cell projects (~€250k) to manufacturers automating packaging, palletizing, pick & place, bin picking, and machine tending lines. Real deals with real plants — not an inbound lead list.
We're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B sales in the industrial sector with a proven outbound new-business track record
- Active network among system integrators, machine builders, OEMs, and manufacturers in Spain
- Enough technical depth to credibly discuss automation and robotic cells — robotics or industrial automation background strongly preferred
- Comfortable selling both software licenses and complex capex projects
- Fluent Spanish and English; Italian a plus

You'll run discovery with system integrators, machine builders, and manufacturers across Spain and Italy — scoping automation feasibility, shaping robotic cell solutions, and making sure every proposal is technically sound. You understand both the technology and the business case, and you can explain one to the other.
We're looking for
- Technical background (engineering, automation, robotics, or similar)
- Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales in industrial or automation sectors
- Comfortable running discovery calls and translating customer needs into technical solutions
- Able to talk credibly to both plant managers and robotics engineers
- Fluent Spanish and English; Italian a plus
